The packages are listed in the order they appear in the Bradygames
official strategy guide. There are some scanned images of the maps from
this guide on various web sites but as I believe in the copyright laws I
am not including any addresses in this faq.
You will find some city maps that I believe are legal (since they have
not been removed at the request of the publishers of the strategy guide)

One player has even gone to the trouble of taking a screen shot of each
and every package as he picked them up. Connect to

There are 33 in Portland, 36 in Staunton Island and 31 in Shoreside
Vale.
Some general tips. Try to collect as many packages as possible as soon
as possible. The weapons pickups and money will help you in your lawless
career, plus later on in the game you will come under attack from other
gangs which will hamper your search. Try to look for packages at night
as they show up better in the dark. Go back to your hideout and save the
game regularly, getting some of the packages involves the risk of
getting 'wasted' or 'busted' and it is easy to lose track of which
