"Steal" is a command ability that Rikku possesses initially. It allows
characters to steal items from enemies.
"Bundoru" - "Mug" is an enhanced version of this ability, where as the
character steals an item from an enemy, damage is also inflicted.
But while Steal needs no MP, Mug takes 10 MP to accomplish.
In the original Japanese list, done by Mighty Man with help from me,
the monsters were listed according to the a-i-u-e-o of their names, but
since that could not apply here, I am re-listing them by the area they
first appear in.
